One of my favorite magazines is Real Simple. I love their tagline..."Life Made Easier"...something many of us crave!

I always look forward to browsing through their Food section and their recipes which they call Easy Dinners. 🙂

Admittedly not the prettiest picture (sorry!) but this delicious vegetarian dish is absolutely fantastic! Ribollita is a Tuscan bread based soup which usually includes kale and cannellini beans.
