Ok, let's get to the easy steps for this recipe!
🔪 Instructions
Use a paper towel to pat dry the pork ribs. Use a sharp knife to cut it into 4 equal pieces, and then add the barbecue rub to both sides of the ribs, rubbing it in. Place the ribs (meat side up) into your air fryer basket. Add the garlic cloves.

Then pour the soy sauce and Shaoxing rice wine over the ribs.

Use a baster to baste the hoisin sauce over the meaty side of the ribs.

Start air frying your ribs at 355F for a total of about 35 minutes, but turn the ribs over 20 minutes into cooking them.
PLEASE NOTE: When you turn them over 20 minutes in, be sure to use some of the sauce to baste both meaty side and back of the ribs.

Air fry for the remaining 15 minutes to finish them off. You may need to adjust your cooking time due to variations in different air fryers, and you'll want to cook the ribs to an internal temperature of about 190F-200F.
By the way, be sure to enjoy the marvelous aromas coming from your air fryer!

Just look at how amazing these ribs are after only 35 minutes in your air fryer!
Remove the ribs and place on your serving plates. Collect the sauce that is remaining in the air fryer basket to use for more basting or as a dipping sauce.
Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
