Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • ½ ts Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ ts Tabasco
  • 4 6 oz catfish fillets US Farmed please! :-)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with non stick aluminum foil, or coat with thin layer of cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients (except for the catfish) in a bowl.

  • Place the fish on the baking sheet, and add salt and pepper to both sides. Cover the fish with the combined ingredient mixture.

  • Bake 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.

Notes

This catfish bakes to perfection and is absolutely delicious!  Suggested servings are green beans and mashed potatoes or rice.  Enjoy this taste of the Mississippi delta!
