Tilapia With Hot Yuzu Sauce

Tilapia is pan fried to a golden brown, and simply seasoned with salt, pepper, Nanami Togarashi, and Hot Yuzu Sauce!

- 2 tilapia fillets generous sized
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Nanami Togarashi to taste (can omit)
- Hot Yuzu Sauce to taste
- 2 green onions sliced, as garnish
Season to your taste the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, and some Nanami Togarashi (if using).
Heat up the olive oil in a non stick pan to medium high. Once the oil is hot, add the tilapia fillets. Cook each side for approximately 3-4 minutes, or until lightly browned on both sides. The fish should flake easily when prodded with a fork.
Remove, and now add Hot Yuzu Sauce to your taste!
Serve this with rice and garnished with lots of green onions! You can be as generous or as stingy as you like with the Hot Yuzu Sauce!
