- 2 ribeye steaks thin cut
- ½ lb new potatoes boiled until fork tender
- 1 corn sliced thinly widthwise
- 2 wedges raclette cheese totalling ½-1 lb - depending on how much cheese will please you!
- 4 asparagus spears

Season the front and back of your steaks with salt and pepper.
Snap off the woody part of the asparagus spears, and wrap 1 slice of prosciutto around each spear.
Slice the raclette cheese into slices that will fit in the cheese trays (small trays that accompany the raclette grill).
Boil the new potatoes in salted water until fork tender (around 15 minutes).
Spray a bit of nonstick cooking spray onto the grill (or add some butter) and turn up the grill to med high. Place the sliced cheese into the cheese trays and place underneath the grill. Add the steaks, asparagus and corn to the grill and grill until cooked to your liking.
Once the food is cooked, place it on your plate, along with some of the new potatoes, and pour over some of the oozing and melted cheese! Enjoy with gherkins and cocktail onions!
