2-3green and/or red chilis(I used Thai chilis and just adjust to your liking); if you prefer a mild Cachumber then omit the chilis

cilantro (coriander)handful, chopped
2tablespoonvinegar
saltto taste

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently. Chill prior to serving.
Notes
This recipe for Cachumber is SUPER simple and SUPER delicious! You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar for the acid in the Cachumber. Enjoy as a dip or alongside your favorite curry! Cheers!
