- 3 lb rack of baby back pork ribs

Preheat your oven to 275F.
Rinse and pat dry the rack of ribs.
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Apply your dry rub of choice very liberally to the front and back of the ribs.
Wrap tightly in heavy duty aluminum foil. Place in the 275F oven for 4 hrs.
Remove from the oven after 4 hrs and enjoy some of the most tender and delicious baby back ribs ever!
You will have some drippings from the ribs after cooking. I love to pour a little bit of this over the ribs prior to serving.
If you prefer a wet barbecue, you could add some barbecue sauce and place the ribs under the broiler for a bit. However, please consider eating them dry they are delicious!!
Serving suggestion: baked or mashed potatoes!
