Preheat your oven to 400F or per your pre made pizza crust/base instructions. If using a pizza stone place it in the oven to preheat as well.
Combine the pizza sauce ingredients (pizza sauce, garlic, and gochujang) and set aside.
Prep the topping ready for placing on your pizza dough.
Roll out your dough OR place your pre made crust/base down and spread the pizza sauce combination evenly over it.
Place the toppings on the pizza: mozzarella, then kimchi, green onions, and Polska kielbasa if using.
Place the pizza on your pizza stone or tray/baking sheet. If using a thin crust bake for around 13-15 minutes until the dough is cooked and the mozzarella is brown and bubbly! Keep checking to ensure it is not burning and it is cooking evenly. If using a pre made crust/base, then please cook according to package directions.
Drizzle with a bit of sesame oil for the beautiful and finishing touch!
