The BEST Indian Spiced Roasted Cauliflower!
Get ready to feast on the MOST DELICIOUS Indian Spiced Cauliflower ever!
- 1 small cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4-1/2 ts salt add salt to your taste; add closer to 1/2 ts if you have a larger head of cauliflower
- 1 ts garam masala
- 1 ts turmeric
Preheat your oven to 375F. Rinse the head of cauliflower, and cut into smallish pieces. Try to cut the pieces into similar sizes. Place into a mixing bowl.
Combine the salt, turmeric, and garam masala in a small bowl. Add the olive oil, and stir until well combined.
Add the spice/olive oil mixture to the cut up cauliflower. Stir to coat each piece of cauliflower as uniformly with the mixture as best you can.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add the cauliflower to the baking sheet and try not to crowd them. Place in your oven for 40-50 minutes. Every 20 minutes remove the cauliflower and stir around to ensure even browning. Cook until it is tender to your liking.

Length of cooking time will depend on how tender you like your cauliflower. 50 minutes should make it very tender, and please check every 20 minutes and stir the pieces around to ensure even cooking.
